Homesites range from just under an acre to around two acres. Many types of lots are available from open to wooded, and in between depending on your own personal preference. A very limited number of lots remain and are available for presale now with our four custom builders, as well as a very limited number of spec homes being built due to the demand for presales from our building team on the remaing lots.
