Jason Cutchins grew up in Zebulon, graduated from East Wake High School, attended Louisburg College, and eventually ended up at NC State University. He attained his contractors license at 23 and has been building in Wake and Johnston counties for the past few years. Past subdivisions Jason has worked in recently are Valley Cove and Windward Downs in Raleigh, Spring Creek in Garner, The Gardens in Clayton, and Bishop Pointe in Knightdale.
Brett Doyle is a lifelong resident of Eastern Wake County. He is a graduate of East Wake High School and of NC State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to obtaining his general contractors license, Brett worked in accounting and property management. He is married to his wife "Laura", an accountant with Square D Company, and together they spend a great bit of their time with their two sons. Plantation Builders has been incorporated since July of 2000. Since then they have custom built numerous homes ranging in price from $120,000 to over $500,000. Previous projects in Wake County have been built in Mail Plantation, Ramsey Farms, Olde Towne, and Maplewood. In Johnston County Brett has built in Magnolia Place, The Gardens, and Heatherstone. Plantation Builders has previously participated in the 2001 and 2003 Johnston County Parade of Homes, winning the Bronze Award in 2001 for "The Dogwood".
